Stacey is a full time mother to her daughter born in February 2007. She does independent work as a Web Designer & Graphic Artist during her free time. Her web work includes this website & a website for Christie's brother, Dave. She has previously worked for the Federal Government as a Web & Database Administrator. She has a Masters Degree in Information Technology & Bachelors degrees in Psychology & Social Work. Her past experiences also include working in the transplant, vascular & emergency surgery unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital & with developmentally disabled children & adolescents as a therapist & behavior analyst at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
She loves being able to combine her technology skills with her health care experiences in her work. Stacey enjoys being with her family: husband Rob, Baby Alexa Jae, & their 3 cats, as well as various artsy-craftsy projects, playing softball, skiing, traveling & caring for animals.

Tricia has a Bachelors of Art in Sociology & Anthropology from West Virginia University & a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Human Resources Manager & Facilities Security Officer at Edwards Industries. A close friend to the family since she was in middle school, Tricia has been active in facilitating fundraising activites for Dave Harris since his accident in 2004.
Other interests include spending time with her husband & two daughters, hiking, camping, swimming, yoga/pilates, cooking, reading, scrapbooking, arts & crafts projects, and traveling, particularly to the beach and the mountains. One of her favorite spots is in the mountains of West Virginia, a second home for Tricia & her family.

Regina obtained both her Bachelors & Masters degrees from the University of Maryland in Baltimore & is currently working part-time as a Shock Trauma Nurse & part-time as a Nursing School Instructor & is part of the UMD Adjunct Faculty. She teaches first & second year nursing students their Fundamentals / Nursing Theory classes & facilitates their clinical rotations. As a nurse at Shock Trauma, she specifically works with patients who have sustained a neurological injury. She has enjoyed a variety of roles throughout her career including instructor, evaluator, coordinator, consultant, & manager. When Regina is not working, she volunteers for the 6th grade class at St. Joe's Middle School in Baltimore City & spends time with her husband & their 5 children: 3 boys & 2 girls. She also enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, & reading.

BOARD MEMBERS
FOFTA is currently looking for new board members to join our Volunteer Staff. This is an EXCELLENT chance to play a part in something that affects millions of people and to become a BOARD MEMBER of a full-fledged non-profit organization! Board Members are involved with the decision making and voting process when FOFTA recieves applications for disbursement of SCI items. We meet on an as-needed basis several times yearly for planning & voting purposes. If you are interested in joining us in our mission to help spinal cord injury victims and are able to be committed to this cause, we would love to talk with you. EVENT COORDINATORS
If you would like to become involved with FOFTA as a non-board member, we are looking for event coordinators/planners. We hold events several times a year to support FOFTA as well as individuals who have applied for item disbursement. We also hold 1-2 events to solely support the Buoniconti Fund, a national SCI & Paralysis organization associated with FOFTA. Our past events have included Basket Bingo's, Crab/Bull Roasts, Craft Shows, as well as Orioles Games, Pizza Hut Nights, and Boscov's shopping sprees. Please contact us if you'd like to help!

Christie is a mom to two young children & a Computer Analyst & Project Manager for the local gas & electric company. She loves reading, scrapbooking, & rubber stamping. She is an Independent Consultant for a company called Stampin Up. Though she has little free time, she is very passionate in the things she devotes her time to. Christie's brother David was paralyzed in a car accident in July of 2004. He is her inspiration for co-founding From One Family To Another, Inc. FOFTA has been for Christie, a way to take control over a seemingly helpless situation. Her family knows first hand the struggles of having a family member suddenly become disabled & felt very strongly that an organization like FOFTA could make that experience so much easier for others. In addition to her involvement at FOFTA, she is also the Volunteer Coordinating Director for the Baltimore Chapter of The Buoniconti Fund To Cure Paralysis.

Karen is a mother to two girls & a proud "softball mom". She has a Bachelors degree in Science & is a Registered Nurse. She works for the Carroll County Board of Education as a high school Allied Health teacher at the Carroll County Career & Technology Center. She previously worked as a Nurse Educator at a retirement community & Patient Coordinator at a community based hospital. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Education. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband & daughters & is an active supporter of her daughter's softball team. She very much enjoys helping others & has been active in raising money to help support Dave Harris, her cousin, since his accident which left him paralyzed. Together with her cousin, she co-founded From One Family To Another, Inc, in an effort to make the tragedy of a spinal cord injury a more managable experience for other families.
